1. About QINCheck

QINCheck provides Chinese company verification tools and due diligence reports. We aggregate data from official registries and public evidence to help you evaluate suppliers, partners, and counterparties.

QINCheck is a data aggregation and reporting platform—not a regulatory body, law firm, or certification authority.

2. Eligibility

You may use QINCheck only if:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are legally allowed to enter into binding contracts.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction prohibited by law or sanctions.

Businesses using QINCheck must ensure that all authorized users comply with these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use QINCheck for illegal activity
• •Abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer our systems
• •Resell or redistribute QINCheck data without written permission
• •Use automated bots except where API access is explicitly granted
• •Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or report credits

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Data Sources & Accuracy

QINCheck aggregates data from official public sources including:

• •SAMR (State Administration for Market Regulation)
• •Provincial market regulators
• •Public litigation and enforcement systems
• •Public trademark and patent databases
• •Annual filing platforms

These platforms may update or delay information, so QINCheck cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Official data may contain errors, sources may change without notice, some companies may hide or omit information, and private or restricted-access data is not included. Reports are for informational purposes only.

5. Not Legal or Financial Advice

QINCheck does not provide legal advice, financial advice, compliance guarantees, or fraud guarantees. Reports should not replace professional due diligence, legal reviews, or on-site verification.

6. Report Credits, Billing & Refunds

• Report credits purchased on QINCheck are non-refundable once used.
• Unused credits may be refundable at QINCheck’s sole discretion.
• Prices may change at any time and credits may expire if noted during purchase.
• Chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent transactions may result in account suspension.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, restricting unauthorized access, and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email [email protected] immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, data structures, UI components, branding, and compiled reports on QINCheck are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reuse, publish, or redistribute QINCheck data except for internal business use unless explicitly permitted.

9. Third-Party Links

QINCheck may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QINCheck is not liable for the following losses resulting from your use of the Services:

• •Financial damages incurred through transactions with companies you research

Your use of QINCheck is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

Upon termination, you lose access to reports and credits.
