Stripe + AP2 for MCP

QINCheck issues Stripe checkout sessions and AP2-compliant cart mandates for AI agents. No manual invoicing or user account is required to pay for a report.

• Checkout links are generated on first tool call and returned as cart mandates
• Agents receive payment_session_id to retry after payment and fetch the report
• Price per report defaults to $9.99 USD; Stripe portal configured for AP2
• No stored API keys inside agents—payment handled by QINCheck server
